Romie Adanza and Thanit "Boom" Watthanaya met in an IKKC Muay Thai International title fight at WCK Muay Thai's "Road to WCK" in Pala, CA. This was expected to be a closely contested fight and for the first two rounds it was as both fighters were able to score with their attacks. The third round was a different story as Adanza connected with a knee to the head of Watthanaya that ended the fight in dramatic fashion. The KO was an exciting finish at 18 seconds of the third round.
