Chris Kwiatkowski representing America at the WKN Big 8 World Tournament in Belarus

The WKN Big 8 World Tournament is set to take place on November 26th at the Minsk Arena in Misnk, Belarus. In addition to the tournament the event will feature two super fights, both will be WKN world title fights.

Last year America was represented by Michael Mananquil, despite a strong effort Mananquil was eliminated in the opening round by eventual tournament winner Sudsakorn Klinmee. Muay Thai Authority has been informed that this years American representative will be New York's Chris Kwiatkowski.

The WKN Big 8 World Tournament will undoubtedly be the toughest test of Kwiatkowki's career. He will be competing against some big name in the tournament including Andrei Kulebin and Samkor Keatmontep. Kwiatkowski is fresh off a win over Joe Tipping at Friday Night Fights September 16th event and previously defeated Robert Blake at Friday Night Fights "8-to-1" event in July.

In addition to the one night tournament Dmitry Valent will face off against Samir Dourid and Ekaterina Vandarieva will fight Johanna Jerdzechick in WKN world title fights.
