Petrosyan, Askerov, Hollenbeck, Pinca, Sato, Mulkey and more expected to fight in Glory World Series 154lb tourney


The Glory World Series 154lb (70kg) tournament is scheduled to begin on May 27th in Russia. 12 of the 16 fighters expected to participate in the tournament were announced at the United Glory event that took place yesterday (3/23/2012). Some big names such as Giorgio Petrosyan, Dzhabar Askerov, Fabio Pinca and Robin van Roosmalen were announced to be participating in the tournament. Two of the United State’s top fighters are also expected to participate in the tournament, Ky Hollenbeck and Chaz Mulkey. 

The winner of the tournament is expected to take home a grand prize of $300,000. In addition to the tournament bouts, Semmy Schilt, Gokhan Saki, Errol Zimmerman and Sergei Kharitonov are all expected to be fighting at the May 27th event.
