Thiago Azeredo was scheduled to face Jason Andrada (@RidiculousJ702) at Lion Fight 8 (@LFPLasVegas) on January 25th, but was forced to withdraw from the bout after he did not pass his medicals. With only a week left until fight time Cody Moberly stepped up to replace Azeredo.
Andrada will be making his pro debut after and exciting amateur career, while Moberly will be competing in his second pro fight. Both fighters are aggressive and like to push foward so it should be an exciting fight from the start.
Lion Fight 8 will air live on AXS TV and feature the American debut of Muay Thai legend Yodsanklai Fairtex as he takes on Gregory Choplin in the main event.
