Cyrus Washington replaces Stephen Richards against Marcus Fisher at The Warriors Cup XVI

Cyrus Washington has stepped in on short notice to fight Marcus Fisher at The Warriors Cup XVI on April 6th in New Jersey. The event will take place at Schuetzen Park in North Bergen, NJ and was set to feature a WBC Muay Thai national super middleweight title fight between Stephen Richards and Marcus Fisher, but Richards withdrew from the bout. Washington vs. Fisher will still be for the WBC Muay Thai national title.

Both Fisher and Washington will be in action this weekend as part of the Road to Glory tournament. Fisher is one of the eight men competing in the one night tournament, while Washington is fighting in the reserve bout.

The two other pro Muay Thai bouts at The Warriors Cup XVI will be Rami Ibrahim vs. Lerdsila Chumpairtour and Radu Spinghel vs. Jame Smith.
