Sean Kearney has been training in Thailand for over a month and has fought two times in the last two weeks. He is 2-0 in those fights, both coming by stoppage. Kearney who holds a professional record of 23-7 has had more than half of his fights in Thailand.
His most recent win came over Ronnachi Nor Sripeung, whom he stopped with leg kicks in the second round. Two weeks ago he defeated Totsopon Sor Kiree by (T)KO due to knees in the third round.
Kearney is expected to fight on the June 14th Muaythai Superfight event in Bangkok which will feature the Muay Thai debut of boxer Riddick Bowe. Afterwards Kearney is expected to return back to Vancouver, Canada. He trains under Jason Fenton and Iron City Muay Thai in Vancouver.
