Push Kick Promotions has confirmed three more fights for their "World Stand Off Las Vegas" event on September 28th. The event which will take place at the Tropicana in Las Vegas will feature the already announced main event between Simon Marcus and Chidi Njokuani. The three additional confirmed bouts are Matt Embree vs. Sean Kearney, Cyrus Washington vs. Moses Sangtiennoi, and Quan Janjira vs. Johanna Rydberg.
Matt Embree will be fighting two of North America's best back to back. In less than one week he will be fighting Kevin Ross at Lion Fight 10, he will look to follow up that fight with his bout against Sean Kearney. For those not familiar with Kearney be is one of Canada's up and coming talents. With over 20 fights under his belt and over half of them coming in Thailand, Kearney is looking to climb the North American ladder fast. His height and length are unique for his weight class and it should prove to be a nice tactical bout against Embree. The winner of this bout would be able to lay claim to being the best super lightweight out of Canada.
Moses Sangtiennoi will look to win back to back fights under the Push Kick Promotions banner. Earlier this year he defeated Ray Cole by (T)KO, looking to stop the Thai powerhouse will be Cyrus Washington. Known by most for his highlight reel KO's, Washington has won three of his last four including his latest bout against J.R. Hines under the Take-On banner, about which he ended with a spinning kick to the body.
