Glory signs Simon Marcus

Fans have been asking for quite some time when they will see Canadian powerhouse Simon Marcus on the Glory stage. It was confirmed this past weekend that he will compete in the upcoming Glory Middleweight tournament in Los Angeles, CA at Glory 17. Glory has now officially announced the signing of Marcus.

Marcus has risen to prominence not only in North America but the world as one of the best light heavyweights. Marcus will be competing in the 187lb tournament for Glory, a weight he has not fought at in over two years since his tenure with the MPL (Muaythai Premier League).

Marcus brings and impressive 39-0-1 record as he signs with Glory, although most of his bouts have been under full rules Muay Thai. It will be interesting how Marcus adjust to not being able to use two of his best weapons in the ring, his clinch and elbows.
