Jose Palacios (@JEPalacios) vs. TJ Arcangel has been confirmed to be taking place at the Bellator 142: Dynamite event on September 19th at the SAP Center in San Jose, California. The event will feature both MMA and Kickboxing bouts. The MMA portion of the event will be promoted by Bellator, and the Kickboxing portion will be promoted by Glory.
Palacios and Arcangel are both from Northern, California. Palacios fights out of Unlimited MMA and Arcangel out of World Team USA. Both fighters will be looking to rebound from a loss their previous outing as they were both on the wrong end of decisions.
Palacios brings a counter fighting style, he is accurate with his strikes and packs knockout power in his fist and feet. Arcangel has a traditional Muay Thai style, so it will be interesting to see how he adjust to the Kickboxing rule set.
