Fight Card for W5: Grand Prix Moscow

W5: Grand Prix Moscow is set to take place August 30th in Russia. Enriko Gogokhia vs. Foad Sadeghi Pari, and Chris Ngimbi vs. Valentino Ribalko join the already announced bout between Cosmo Alexandre (@CosmoAlexandre) vs. Artem Pashporin.

Gogokhia is currently on a six fight win streak, which includes wins over Chris Ngimbi, Warren Stevelmans, and Alessandro Campagna. Gogokhia has also recorded wins over Sittichai Sitsongpeenong and Erkan Varol in his career. Sadeghi Pari is an experience fighters who has been in the ring with the likes of Marco Pique, and Fadi Merza.

Ngimbi has hit a rough patch in his career having lost eight of his last ten bouts. Although those fights came against opposition like Andy Souwer, Artur Kyshenko, and Gregory Choplin. In need of a win to get back on track this fight is crucial for Ngimbi.

The fight will be Alexandre's first since his win at Legacy Kickboxing 1 in January. After some inactivity he seems to have a few fights lined up now as he is also expected to fight at Venum Victory World Series in Panama this coming October. Alexandre will enter the fight having won his last 3 bouts.

Pashporin has been in the ring with some great fighters, although the big win to set him apart on the world stage still eludes him. He has gone the distance with Buakaw and Andrei Kulebin, but both times came up short losing decision to them. A win over a well respected fighter like Alexandre would be a great career boost. Pashporin is only 22 years old and is 4-1 while fighting for the W5 promotion.
