Thai Fight Opening Round set for August 29, Match-ups Announced

Thai Fight, a 16 man Muay Thai tournament and reality show with the first round of the tournament occurring August 29th. The event will take place at Hua Mak’s Rajamangala National Stadium.

The tournament set up will be three rounds of three minutes each with a two minute break. Full Muay Thai rules will be in effect. The remainder of the tournaments dates are set for October 25th, and December 6th.

First place will take home $62,500, second place $31,250, third place 9,375 and 4th place $6,250.

The match ups for the opening round which will be in the format of a round robin knockout are as follows.

6. Vitaly Hurkou (Russia) vs Jong hyun ko (Korea)
7. Bartosz Koscielniak (Germany) vs Rafi Zouheir (Spain)
