Updated Full Payback Time 2 fight card

As originally announced Yodsanklai Fairtex and John Wayne Parr will meet in the main event for Payback Time 2 on October 17th. This will be the third time these two fighters meet with Yodsanklai having won the first two fights by unanimous decision. The event will take place at the Moonee Valley Racecourse in Melbourne, Australia.
