Fabio Pinca: Ready for Thai Fight

On August 29th, the opening round of Thai Fight will take place at Hua Mak’s Rajamangala National Stadium. The 16-man tournament will feature fighters from sixteen different countries, representing France will be Fabio Pinca. However, Thai Fight isn't your regular tournament as it is also part of a reality show. All of the fighters involved in the tournament will be followed by cameras as they prepare to try an best the fifteen other competitors.

Fabio Pinca has to be considered one of the men with the best odds to take the entire tournament, he is a young an experienced fighter, and has shown his tremendous skill by capturing the WBC Muay Thai super lightweight championship. In the opening round of the tournament he is set to face Italian fighter Sharos Huyer. While preparing for the fight nothing has changed for Pinca, despite the cameras and the magnitude of the tournament.

"I train with my trainer Nasser Kacem in my gym very hard as usual, I didn't change my preparation for this fight." Pinca said. "Thai Fight is a big show , the cameras, the press conferences, the communication around this event is for the promotion. My training program is the same , it's not a problem for me."

As far as his opponent goes, Pinca doesn't really worry about it, he is preparing to fight a tough fight. He doesn't know much about him, but that doesn't mean he will be under estimating him, and although Huyer has less experience than Pinca, he knows that means nothing as he himself has been the fighter will less experience in the past and has come out victorious on numerous occasions.

"I fought many fighters who had much more experience than me and I beat them so I think anything can happen in a fight." Pinca said. " I don't know him , I never saw him fight, so I will see in the ring!"

Attempting to get Pinca to give a fight prediction was not possible, Pinca simply stated he will do his best to win. The humble fighter knows the task of winning this tournament will not be easy, especially with so many talented fighters in the Thai Fight tournament. He knows his only job is to go in and fight to the best of his ability and win. He's not looking to face anyone in particular if he makes it to the second round of the tournament, as every fight will be tough.

It's going to be an exciting tournament an although Pinca won't consider himself a favorite, it wont be a surprise to see him as the last man standing when it is all said and done.

In case you don't understand the magnitude of Thai Fight, they held an incredible press conference that even had some of Muay Thai's best fighters such as Samart Paryark Aroon, Yodsanklai, Buakaw, and Saenchai singing a song created for Thai Fight. However, don't expect Pinca to get on stage and sing, he knows he's better at throwing kicks than singing.

"Hahahaha! No way! I 'm a very bad singer" Pinca said. "I think they did very well especially Buakaw, maybe he could stop fighting and start a career as a pop star!"

In case the singing didn't convince you how big the tournament is, maybe this will. The tournament winner will receive $62,500.

After the tournament is completed, there is no rest for Pinca, as he already has offers to fight in Europe, and he looks forward to also defending his WBC championship. One man interested in fighting Pinca for his WBC championship is American Kevin Ross, who is also ranked by the WBC. Ross expressed interest in fighting Pinca a few weeks back when talking to www.MuayThaiAuthority.com. When informed of this Pinca stated he's ok with it.

"I don't know Kevin Ross but I'm ok, if a promoter wants us to fight, no problem!" said Pinca.

Pinca is obviously very busy, between the Thai Fight tournament and the endless fight possibilities outside the tournament as well as his training he will definitely deserve a break.

"Aside from training, I like to have good time with my family, go out with my friends, good restaurants, cinemas and sleep!" said Pinca.

Get ready people come August 29th, you will see one of the best tournaments ever, and make sure to keep your eye on Fabio Pinca, and don't be surprised when at the end of the tournament he is the last man standing.

Fabio would also like to thank his sponsor www.casinoweb.org for his support.
