Vuyisile "The Cheetah" Colossa will be fighting Ky Hollenebck April 23rd for at the WCK Muay Thai event in China. Vuyisile is a world class fighter who has been in the ring with some of the best Muay Thai fighters in the world. Vuyisile if from the Republic of South Africa and currently resides in Hong Kong, China.
MTA: You have an upcoming fight with Ky Hollenebck in China. How has your training for the fight been going?
Vuyisile: Yes I have a fight with Ky, training has been going really well first fight of the year and its a world title fight, all I can say I am happy with my training.
MTA: Ky is one of America's stand out Muay Thai fighters, what do you know about Ky if anything?
Vuyisile: Ky I don't know much about him all I know is he won the four man tournament last year and he had a good year so do I, his been doing MMA so do I his coming to fight so do I.
MTA: You have been in the ring with the best fighters in the world, when facing a fighter like Ky who is not internationally renowned like some of your previous opponents does it make a difference in your training?
Vuyisile: It does, it is more pressure cause his an upcoming fighter with a lot to prove, so I can't just stop focusing cause he's not internationally renowed he's a pro fighter . We all know these words. Don't ever under estimate your opponent , how small or how big.
MTA: Can you give us a prediction for your fight with Ky?
Vuyisile: Predicitions they put fighters under a lot of pressure there is already, I would say "The Cheetah" is better and faster!!!
MTA: Aside form your fight with Ky, in July you are going to fight John Wayne Parr. He is a legend in the sport, how do you see your fight with John Wayne Parr going?
Vuyisile: JWP yes a legend in the sport, what they say " To be the greatest fight the best". I am looking forward to it will talk more about JWP , now is the time for Ky.
MTA: Is it hard to focus on your current fight knowing that you already have another fight booked against someone like Parr?
Vuyisile: No. business as usual!
MTA: As far as future fights go are there any opponents in particular you would like to get in the ring with?
Vuyisile: First of all I have never been in US, it's about time to explore that part of the world soon. There are so many fighters I would like to face that what keeps me in this sport , let me say best fighters in Holland , Italy and Japan come on let's do it for the fans and sport!
