Ky Hollenbeck will look to defend his interim WBC Muay Thai middleweight world title when he takes on Simon Chu. It will be a tough task for Hollenbeck, Chu trains out of Kiatphontip UK Muay thai Gym in Leeds, Chu hold a record of 28-5 with 17 of his victories coming by knockout.

Also on the card Joe Schilling and Brandon Banda will fight for the vacant WBC Muay Thai U.S. national light heavyweight title. Former champion Shawn Yarborough was recently stripped of the title and now interim super middleweight champion is Joe Schilling is looking to move up a weight class to capture his second WBC Muay Thai national title.

Jeri Sitzes and Misty Sutherland were set to meet at "Battle in the Desert 2" until an injury forced Sutherland out of the fight. Now with Sutherland ready to go, Sitzes will look to defend her women's WBC Muay Thai international title against the tough Canadian.

In the final WBC Muay Thai title fight Chaz Mulkey and Remy Bonnel will meet in a re-match, but his time the interim WBC Muay Thai international middleweight title will be on the line. Bonnel pulled out a close unanimous decision victory in their first fight, but neither fighter is concerned with the re-match. They both want the WBC international title.

The event will be headlined by world renowned Muay Thai fighter Cosmo Alexandre as he takes on Muay Thai legend Sakmongkol. Alexandre is coming off a unanimous decision victory over Cyrus Washington at Lion Fight Promotions "Battle in the Desert 2"and Sakmongkol is coming off a (T)KO victory over James Martinez.
