Jose Palacios will get his chance on the Glory stage at Glory 11. The Northern California based fighter will step in and replace an injured Shane Oblonsky against Canada's Gabriel Varga at Glory 11 in Chicago on Saturday, October 12.
Palacios is coming off a controversial loss to Scotty Leffler at Lion Fight 11 and a win against a prospect like Varga would be a huge boost for him. Varga last competed at Glory 8 in Japan and had a good showing at the tournament. He won his opening round fight against Abdellah Ezbiri and then lost by decision to eventual tournament winner Yuta Kubo
