Kwiatkowski vs. Tipping and Norwood vs. Sampieri confirmed for Friday Night Fights September 16th event

Friday Night Fights Muay Thai returns to action on September 16th with its first of back to back shows. A few match-ups that have been made official are Chris Kwiatkowski vs. Joe Marchand Tipping as well as the main event fight between Harris Norwood and. Joseph Sampieri. The event is scheduled to take place at the Broad Street Ballroom in New York, NY.

Norwood recently fought to a draw with New York's Chris Kwiatkowski and will likely be looking to end this fight early and not allow it to head to the judges. Sampieri has recently returned from Thailand where he trained for his upcoming bout with Norwood and it should be interesting to see what he picked up and how he implements it in their fight.

Valtellini, Case, Greskiewicz, and Hasanov all in action at April 29th Friday Night Fights event

April 29th Friday Night Fights will bring another quality show to New York as they take over the Hall at St. Paul. Three bouts have been confirmed for the night. Joseph Valtellini vs. Ben Case, TuranHasanov vs. Justin Greskiewicz, and Harris Norwood vs. Joseph Sampieri.

Valtellini, and Case will meet and when the nights over someones undefeated record should be gone. Valtellini enters the bout with a 3-0 record with his latest win coming over veteran Sean Hinds in December of last year by TKO. Case defeated Sean McKinnon in March via Split Decision to improve his mark to 7-0.

Friday Night Fights "Muay Thai Madness" Fight card for March 4th set

Friday Night Fights is back with some Muay Thai action, after having a successful MMA event in New England the week before. This time they are treating fans to a main event that will feature Ryan Madigan vs. Rigel Balsamico. Balsamico fights out of Cool Heart Muay Thai in Philadelphia, and is by far more experienced that Madigan. Despite the experience gap Madigan is a game fighter, and this bout should provide some fire works.

Denis Grachev vs. Fernando Gonzalez
In what is being dubbed a Muay Thai  vs. MMA fight Denis Grachev will take on "The Menifee Maniac" Fernando Gonzalez. If everything goes as it should, Denis Grachev should will win by KO. It's a fight and Gonzalez is a tough guy so anything can happen, but it seems like a long shot that Gonzalez who's MMA style is mainly ground and pound will be able to out strike Grachev, an IKF Muay Thai champion. As this past weekends Shane Oblonsky vs. Anthony McDavitt fight on the MTAA show demonstrated, MMA fighters who's bread and butter involves the ground game should not step into the ring with an experienced Muay Thai fighter, more often than not they will end up on the wrong end of KO.
