Johnny Hovnanian memorial fund seminar with Shawn Yacoubian, Peter Cunningham and Ricardo O'Kane

Shawn Yacoubian, Peter Cunningham and Ricardo O’Kane will be hosting a seminar on January 28th to raise funds for the memorial of Johnny Hovnanian. The seminar will take place at Mark Parra’s House of Champions. The seminar cost is a minimum donation of $30 and everyone is welcome. 

Besides being Shawn's very close friend, Johnny was his right hand man throughout his fight career. Any video and pictures of Yacoubian’s early fight days were likely taken by Johnny. He traveled and helped corner Yacoubian for his pro career.

Peter “Sugarfoot” is a kickboxing legend. He is a 7-time undefeated world champion and was the first inductee into the ISKA Hall of Fame. Ricardo O’Kane is a former champion who now trains Muay Thai and MMA fighters such as Jared Papazian (UFC). Yacoubian is a former IKKC USA Champion and has fought under the K-1 banner as well.

Master Toddy Seminar in the D.C. area scheduled for November 12th

If you follow the American Muay Thai scene you have probably heard of Master Toddy. A few years back Mastery Toddy left the Unite States and moved back to Thailand. While in the United States he was the head trainer for the Oxygen Channel's reality TV show Fight Girls as well as training Muay Thai champions such as Kevin Ross, Chaz Mulkey, Kit Cope and MMA superstar Gina Carano. He is now back in the United States for a small period of time and before he heads back to Thailand he will be doing an exclusive east coast seminar in the D.C. area, the exact location is LA Boxing in Tyson's Corner.
