WCK Muay Thai Aug. 28 predictions

WBC Muay Thai U.S. Super Heavyweight Title
Rick Cheek vs. Stephen Banks
The big boys will step in the ring, and with each weighing around 260 pounds and measuring 6 ft 4 inches and 6 ft 5 inches, someone is bound to get knocked out. Expect this one to be over quick as Cheek scores a KO in the 1st round.

WBC Muay Thai Female Int. Super Bantamweight Title
Jeri Sitzes vs. Joanna MacEachern

Sitzes was set to face Korean Su Jeong Lim, but Lim was forced to pull out of the bout with an injury. In steps MacEachern who will be looking to capture the WBC Female Int. Super Bantamweight Title, but Sitzes will have other plans as she proves to be the more imposing fighter and keeps her undefeated record as she earns a unanimous decision win.

Shawn Yarborough vs. Stephen Richards
Richards will be replacing Mawande Vapi, and it seems the fight will no longer be for Yarborough's IKKC International Title. Richards holds a unanimous decision win over Yarborough which happened in 2005. Expect Yarborough to take full advantage in this rematch as he unleashes everything he can to try and avenge the previous loss. It will pay off for Yarborough as he scores a 2nd round KO.

WBC Muay Thai Super Welterweight Title Eliminator
Raul Rodriguez vs. William Sriyapai

With the winner of this bout getting a title shot, expect both fighters to come out and leave it all on the line, and after a hard fought battle Sriyapai will walk away with a unanimous decision.

Chaz Mulkey vs. Remy Bonnel
Mulkey might be considered an under dog to Bonnel who is a K-1 vet, and hold notable victories over fighters like Duane Ludwig, Trevor Smandych and Peter Kaljevic, but you wont be able to tell once fight time comes. Mulkey will use a similar game plan as he did in his fight with Menno Dijkstra and control the fight in the clinch and punish Bonnel with elbows. In the end it is going to be a Mulkey elbow that turns out the lights on Bonnel.

Shane Oblonsky vs. Justin Greskiewicz
Oblonsky is filling in on late notice after Scotty Leffler was forced to pull out due to an injury. Greskiewicz is now going to have to face a different type of opponent in Oblonsky than he was preparing for with Leffler, but it shouldn't affect Greskiewicz too much, as he will take advantage in the clinch and score a 3rd round KO.

Jack Thames vs. Mike Ryan
Its been in the works for some time now, and Thames and Ryan will finally meet. It will be an exciting fight and Ryan will be looking to end the fight with his heavy hands but unfortunately the ending he is looking for wont happen as Thames takes home a split decision.

Travis Garlitz vs. Joe Davidson
Garlitz will be filling on short notice for Shawn Yacoubian who was forced to pull out due to a staph infection, and although he is going to be a game opponent for Davidson, in the end it will be Joe Davidson who's hand is held up as he is declared the winner by unanimous decision.

Artem Sharoshkin vs. Titus Holmes
Both fighters will be making their pro debuts, and it should favor Sharoshkin who will begin to pull away early and eventually finish the fight in 3rd round by TKO.
