WCK Muay Thai Pala Results - Grachev, and Adanza win


WCK Muay Thai came to Pala Casino and offered a full night of fights.

In what was being billed as a Muay Thai vs. MMA fight, Denis Grachev out worked and out struck Fernando Gonzalez to win a unanimous decision. As many Muay Thai enthusiast expected, Grachev had no problem with Gonzalez who showed nothing but heart stepping into take a Muay Thai fight against a fighter the caliber of Grachev.

Romie Adanza has now won 3 of 4 against Paulo Da Silva. Although Da Silva took the fight on short notice he was very familiar with Adanza, and was looking to even the score, but Adanza used his well rounded arsenal to take the fight home on the judges score cards with a unanimous decision. With the win Adanza keeps his IKKC International Super Bantamweight Title.

Luis Bio used and Harris Norwood put on a good fight, but Bio was not ready to let it go to the judges hands as he was able to take home TKO in the 5th round as he connected with a knee combination to the head and the body.

Jack Thames showed a will to survive, as he was able to rally back in the third round of a fight that likely wasn't going his way on the score cards and take home a TKO victory due to a cut over Eric Utsch that was caused by an elbow. Thames is proving to be a dangerous fighter with his elbows.

Justin Greskiewicz and Byoung Ku-Park fought to a controversial draw in a title fight for the IKKC International super lightweight title. The fight seemed ready to go in favor of Greskiewicz, but as a surprise to many the fight was declared a draw.
