Kevin Ross vs. Mark DeLuca is expected to be the main event of the evening. Ross is coming off a split decision loss to Sittisak Por Sirichai at the last Lion Fight Promotions event, in a fight that was considered fight of the night. DeLuca just dropped a decision to Josh Palmer in the opening round of the Journey Fight Series 140lb eight man tournament.
Expected to fill the co-main event slot is a bout between Ky Hollenbeck and Gregory Choplin. Hollenbeck is expected to faceVuyisile Colossa in China a month before this bout so he will definitely have two very difficult fights back to back. Choplin has defeated the likes of Yohan Lidon twice.
Also expected to fight on the card is public enemy number one in New York, Chaz Mulkey. He won't be facing a fighter from New York though, instead he will likely meet Canada's Ken Tran.
New York's Chris Romulo is rumored to be on the card as well, and will be facing Mulkey's training partner Shawn Yarborough.
A women's fight between Jeri Sitzes and Jemyma Betrian is also expected to take place at the event.
None of the fights mentioned above are official, as Lion Fight Promotions has yet to officially announce any fights of their May 14th event.
