Boston Muay Thai Academy will be hosting “Kings of the Ring II”, a stellar two-day seminar taking place on March 17th and 18th in Dorchester, MA. The two day event will feature Muay Thai champions Coban Lockchaomaesaithong, Sakasem Kanthawong and Suchart Yodkerepauprai.
The price of admission for the event is $145 both days or $100 for one day. Group (3+) discounts are also available; the rate would be $125 for both days. It is strongly recommended that you pre-register for this event as space is limited.
Coban "The Cruncher" Lookchaomaesaithong is a former Lumpinee Stadium champion and Muay Thai legend. He had over 270 fights in his 23 year career including four memorable fights against Muay Thai legend Ramon Dekkers. Coban split his four fights with Dekkers, two a piece with each fighter claiming a KO victory over the other as well as a decision. The fights with Dekkers are considered by many to be some of the best Muay Thai fights by any standards. Coban retired from active competition in 2000, in his last fight he recorded a win over Danny Steele despite not having fought in three years.
Sakasem “The Punisher” Kanthawong is a 3 x Muay Thai World Champion with over 250 pro fights, having never been knocked out. With a fighting history that spans 35 years, Sakasem is a well respected fighter and trainer both in Thailand and in the U.S. Feared by his opponents for his heavy punching power and devastating knee and elbow attacks, Sakasem acquired the nickname "The Punisher" by promoters and the fans alike throughout the world.
Suchart Yodkerepauprai is a former Northern Thailand Champion and has competed in Bangkok's largest, most highly respected Muay Thai stadiums. In addition to Muay Thai Suchart has also showcased his skills in over a dozen bare knuckle fights throughout the world. He now trains highly respected fighters such as Simon Marcus and Matt Embree as he looks to pass his vast knowledge and wisdom down to the next generation of Muay Thai champions.
The “King of the Rings II” seminar is a great opportunity to learn from three elite Muay Thai masters. Make sure to pre-register so you don’t miss out on this opportunity.
