There has been a change to the main event of The Warriors Cup XVI. The event which takes place April 6th at Schuetzen Park in North Bergen, NJ originally had Brett Hlavacek vs. Stephen Richards fighting in the main event for the WBC National Super Middleweight Title. Hlavacek withdrew from the bout and Marcus Fisher will now step in to fight Richards for the WBC National Super Middleweight Title.
Fisher most recently defeated Maksim Ishkov at the Warriors Cup XV in October of 2012. The Pittsburgh Muay Thai representative is known for his strong clinch game and technical style.

Richards has not competed since he fought to a draw with Cyrus Washington in early 2012. Richards like Fisher is also known for his technical style. It will be interesting to see if Richards stay out of Fisher's monstrous clinch game.
