A C3 hybrid event took place today in China and some American's were in action. The event featured Muay Thai, Kickboxing, and MMA. Michael Mananquil and Lindsay Scheer both won their Muay Thai bouts. Mananquil defeated Shoutao Ling by (T)KO in the third round and Lindsay Scheer won a decision over Chinese Sanda phenom Ghao. Both fighters took their fights on short notice.
The other American in action on striking only bout was Vishnu Gulati who suffered a (T)KO loss to Lei Li after injuring his shoulder in a Kickboxing bout.
