The bout was the fifth and final time the fighters would meet in the ring, they had previously split their four fights. Humby was able to dictate the pace using a well rounded attack of punches and kicks. In the third round he was able to knock down Sriyapai with a left. When the fight was over all the judges agreed that the fight belonged to Humby and awarded him a unanimous decision. With the win it is safe to say that Humby has won the final fight between Sriyapai and himself.
