Just as soon as it was announced it has been dismissed. John Wayne Parr will not be fighting Baxter Humby at the Muaythai Premier League's first event scheduled for September 2nd in Los Angeles, CA.
The Muaythai Premier League has confirmed that the fight will not be happening. The league's first event was supposed take place in June and John Wayne Parr had agreed to fight Humby then, but with the delay from June to September Parr will not be able to commit to the September 2nd date as he is expected to fight on September 3rd for Evolution Promotions.
No word on if a replacement will be found to fight Humby or if the fight will be scrapped all together.
