A bout between heavyweights Eduardo Morais and Terrol Dees has officially been announced by Lion Fight Promotions for their November 19th event at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, NV. Their fourth event of the year "Battle in the Desert 4" will be headlined by a WBC Muay Thai international middleweight title fight between current champion Chaz Mulkey and challenger Simon Chu.
Morais and Dees will be the only heavyweights feature don the card. Morais hails from Brazil, but has recently relocated to Northern California. He is a three time Brazilian Muay Thai champion and has faced the likes of Steve McKinnon and Steven Banks in Muay Thai competition. Dees has focused on MMA the last few years, but is a heavy handed striker from Concord, CA. He has faced the likes of Assuerio Silva, Tony Lopez and Mike Whitehead in MMA action. Dees competed in K-1 when they visited the Unite States in 2005 scoring a first round KO over Dustin Hanning.
