Results for Glory 2 Brussels: Bonjasky edges out Silva in return to action


Glory 2 Brussels took place this weekend in Brussels, Belgium. The main event featured the return to action of Remy Bonjasky after nearly a three year hiatus. Welcoming Bonjasky back was Anderson “Braddock” Silva. Both fighters went to work as soon as there fight started and although it seemed that Silva took the first two rounds a strong third round by Bonjasky forced an extra round. In the extra round Bonjasky was able to do enough to take home the decision victory in his return to action.

Also on the card Gokhan Saki took home a unanimous decision victory over a very durable and tough Mourad Bouzidi, while Nieky Holzken scored a (T)KO victory over Murat Direkci
