The much anticipated fight between Simon Marcus and Artem Levin
(@ArtemLionLevin) is expected to take place November 16, 2012 in Moscow, Russia at Luzhniki
Stadium. The event will be The Battle of Champions 7: School vs. School and
will be promoted by the Russian Union of Martial Arts. Also on the line will be
the WMC Light Heavyweight World Title.
Marcus and Levin were originally set to meet at Battle for
the Belts in Bangkok, Thailand this past June, but a series of events would
lead to the bouts postponement. With so much buzz around this fight happening,
it seems fight fans will now finally get their wish. Unfortunately as of now
there is no word if the bout will be available for viewing anywhere on-line.
Marcus last competed in May when he defeated Joe Schilling (@Cant_Stop_Crazy)at Lion Fight Muay Thai 6, while Levin last competed in July when he fought to a controversial draw against Steven Wakeling.
