Kevin Ross vs. Malaipet official for Dec. 5th at Commerce Casino in Los Angeles, CA

The previously reported bout here on MuayThaiAuthority.com regarding Kevin Ross and Malaipet has now been made official. The bout is set to take place on December 5th at the Commerce Casino in Los Angeles, CA.

Ross will be looking to make a statement against the highly regarded Malaipet in what will be the first fight here in the United States for Ross in almost one year. Malaipet will be looking to bounce back from a loss he suffered October 9th in Malaysia to Xu Yan. This will likely be one of the biggest fights in Muay Thai here in the United States this year, with the other being Miriam Nakamoto vs. Julie Kitchen which will take place one week after Ross vs. Malaipet on December 11th.

The event is being promoted by Stand-Up Promotions and will be sanctioned by the WBC and MTAA. The event will also feature a bout between Chaz Mulkey and Joe Schilling. No other bouts have been confirmed at this time.
