Re-match between Steven Banks and Paul Slowinski added to Knees of Fury 36 in Australia

The Knees of Fury 36 event in Australia has added a re-match between American Steven Bank sand Australian Paul Slowinski to the event. The bout will be part of a double main event, the other fight being American Ky Hollenbeck vs. Australia’s John Wayne Parr. The event is set to take place February 25th, 2012 in Adelaide, Australia.

Slowinski and Banks fought at Knees of Fury 34 this past September where Slowinski handed Banks the first loss of his pro Muay Thai career. The two fighters went toe-to-toe for three rounds before Slowinski put Banks down for good with a body shot.

In the nights other main event bout Ky Hollenbeck will be looking to follow up an outstanding 2011 campaign as he takes on Muay Thai legend John Wayne Parr. At the start of 2011 it seemed Parr was ready to hang up his gloves, but a string of wins seems to have rejuvenated the legend.
