Bangkok Fight Night 12 took place in Atlanta, GA tonight. In the main event of the evening Eddie Walker and Matt Callahan in BFC Light Heavyweight Title fight. The fight was close early on but as the rounds passed Walker began to pull ahead. In the fourth round Walker connected with a punch that sent Callahan down. The crowd erupted and the fight was stopped, giving Walker the KO victory and the BFC Light Heavyweight Championship.
In the other pro Muay Thai fight of the night Atlanta’s Chike Lindsay and New York’s Eddie Martinez met in a BFC Super Welterweight Title fight. Lindsay looked to work his elbows early on in the fight, while Martinez went to work with leg kicks. Lindsay’s elbows would play a big factor in the second round as he caught Martinez with a vicious elbow. Martinez went down for the count and Lindsay walked away with a highlight reel knockout as well as the BFC Super Welterweight championship.
