Ky Hollenbeck was scheduled to face Kym Johnson on February 25th at Knees of Fury 36 in Australia, but has pulled out of the fight. The reason for Hollenbeck pulling out is currently unknown. Hollenbeck was originally scheduled to fight Muay Thai legend John Wayne Parr, but Parr was forced to pull out of the fight due to a broken finger that would take a few months to heal.
Young Australian standout Kym Johnson was brought in to replace Parr, but with Hollenbeck now out of the fight it is unclear if a replacement will be found or if Johnson will be scratched from the fight card. Hollenbeck would have been fighting for the first time in 2012 and the first time since losing his first professional bout to Nieky Holzken back in November as part of the Muaythai Premier League.
