Take-On Productions: Muay Thai at the Mecca 2 will take place November 10, 2012 at the theater in Madison Square Garden. Today Take-On announced that a bout between Cyrus Washington (@BlackDynamiteMT) and Chike Lindsay will serve as the night’s main event. Washington has not competed since a KO loss to Ky Hollenbeck earlier in the year, while Lindsay will be looking to try to put together back-to-back victories. Lindsay defeated Malaipet Sasiprapa in June of this year under the Bangkok Fight Night banner.
Also taking place on the card is a re-match between Ryan Madigan (@RyanTheLionKick) and Tarek Rached. The pair fought a few years back and after a back and forth fight Madigan injured his knee midway through the bout and lost via (T)KO. Madigan will undoubtedly be looking for some revenge.
Phil LeGrand and Nick Vaughn will both be making their pro debuts against one another. Both were high touted amateurs before deciding to go pro. It should be an exciting fight and interesting to see who wants to start their career 1-0 more than the other.
