Soema Na Basi 8 man tournament results

Alessandro Campagna bested a field of eight fighters to win the Soema Na Basi eight man 154 lb (70 kg) tournament on Friday. The event was put together by SLAMM promotions and the eight man bracket included Ajay Balgobind, Miles Simson, Alessandro Campagna, Miloud el Geubli, Xavier Benedito, Antoine Mandela, Cedric Bacuna and Anthony Kane.

19 year old Italian fighter Alessandro Campagna defeated Antoine Mandela in the opening round by decision and then punched his ticket to the tournament finals by beating Ajay Balgobind, also by decision. In the tourney finals Campagna defeated Miloud el Geubli by (T)KO to claim the tournament crown.
