Results and Recap: Xtreme Combat 7

Xtreme Combat 7 took place tonight in Mexico City and the night was full of finishes as none of the bouts went the distance. The event featured MMA bouts as well as Muay Thai and the night's Muay Thai fights took place inside a cage.

The night's main event featured two WBC Muay Thai Mexico champions as Luis Bio took on Brian Hernandez. The fight was tightly contested in the first round, but in the second stanza Bio began to take over. Bio landed an upward elbow that cut Hernandez over his eyelid and brow which forced the referee to stop the fight. The win if the first of the year for Bio who fought once last year as he was mending injuries, he has stated he looks to be more active this year and is looking to fight more in the United States.
