The Thai Fight semi-finals took place this weekend in Khorat, Thailand and the finals are now set. In the 154lb (70kg) tournament Buakaw and Vitaly Gurkov are now set to meet in the tournament final. Buakaw out pointed Nishikawa Tomoyuki en route to a decision victory, while Gurkov out pointed Antero Hynynen for a decision.
In the 147lb (67kg) tournament Singmanee Kaewsamrit and Andrei Kulebin will now meet in the tournament final. Singmanee secured a decision victory over Mehdi Zatout, while Kulebin defeated Adaylton Pereira de Freitas by decision.
In the night’s super fights Sudsakorn Sor. Klinmee scored an elbow knockout over Mohammad Hossein Doroudian and Ikuysang Kor. Rungthankeat defeated Simone Cecchini by decision.
